Hai Di Lao Hot Pot is an International chain of hot pot restaurants founded in Sichuan Province, China in 1994. At an early phase, it was a small shop selling "hot and spicy soup. Later it developed and expanded its menu range. Over the past 22years, it has owned more than 200 direct marketing stores in China.We have also opened several stores in Singapore /Japan/Korea.The first US store has been opened in Arcadia in 2013.We will open new store in Brea Mall/Irvine/San Francisco

Founded in 1991, Crystal Jade is a Singapore-based culinary brand with MICHELIN one star (Singapore) and multiple MICHELIN Bib Gourmand awards (Hong Kong & Shanghai). Committed to preserving the rich traditions of Chinese cuisine, the group’s portfolio of specialty dining concepts range from fine dining and casual dining restaurants to speciality bakeries. In 2014, L Catterton Asia, formerly known as L Capital Asia, the private equity arm of LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton officiated a 90% stake buy in Crystal Jade. Later in June 2015, Standard Chartered Private Equity (SCPE) announced its investment in the group as well. To date, the award-winning group owns and operates over 100 outlets across 25 major cities in Asia Pacific and the United States.

The Soup Spoon story is symbolised by our primary logo: three differently shaped soup spoons that are arranged in a circular way to evoke a globe. Shaded in various corporate tones of warm orange, it is also a reference to our three founding partners who are united to create The Soup Spoon brand. The Soup Spoon, including The Soup Spoon Union which houses brands like The Handburger, The Grill Knife and The Salad Fork, strives in our uncompromising aim to offer healthful, comfort meals with natural and sustainable ingredients.
