GILL Metallurgical Inc. was founded in 2008 by an experienced Metallurgist following his passion for the metallurgical engineering field. Offering a wide range of material testing & inspection services, along with conventional heat treatment services, our experienced staff will resolve and guide on material issues with high level of expertise. GILL Metallurgical Inc. was established as an independent material testing laboratory and conventional heat treatment service provider, basically to serve a major well reputed forging company of United States. Initially Gill Metallurgical Inc. was established to support precise specific requirements for nuclear quality program of Western Forge & Flange (an established name in forging industry) with minimum turn- around time. Gill Metallurgical Inc. is capable to handle more clients for Materials Testing & Inspection Services, Conventional Heat Treatment Services and Metallurgical Consulting. GMI has established and implemented a quality program basically for the compliance of ISO 9001, as well as for the compliance of Nuclear Standards including NCA 3800, NQA-1 and 10CFR50 Appendix-B.
