(Giles) is a national consulting engineering firm specializing in geotechnical (soils), environmental, subsurface exploration (drilling), and construction monitoring and materials testing services. Founded in 1976, Giles has been providing these services throughout North America to private, commercial, industrial, financial institution and government clientele for almost five decades. Giles also provides Property Condition Assessments prior to real estate transactions and Forensic Engineering services on all types of soil or foundation related failures. The Giles corporate headquarters is located in Waukesha, Wisconsin with full service offices located in Dallas, Texas and Orange, California. Giles’ professional personnel include geotechnical, civil, mechanical and environmental engineers, geologists, hydrogeologists, chemists and biologists. Our professional staff possesses registrations within their disciplines in 49 states, and the District of Columbia. Many of our technical personnel possess specialty certifications such as Licensed Asbestos Consultant, State Contractor’s License, and Storm Water Basin Design.
