Gie it Laldy is an attitude, it means to do something wae a hunner percent effort - tae gie it yer all. We are a Glaswegian Design and Gift company inspired by our sweet take on modern Scottish life and culture. We encourage the celebration of 'The Patter', engaging those who don’t necessarily see themselves as Scots speakers. Our signature style fuses strong typography with daily observations of life in Scotland today, documenting the city’s urban landscape and colourful language of the street in all it's nuances Our early designs were inspired by my greatly missed Grandmother (mistress of the Glesga patter) and more recently, our on-going dialogue and engagement with our customers, injecting an extra dunt of irreverent wit and topical black humour - as ye would expect fae Glaswegians! We supply stockists across Scotland, through our on-line shop and directly from our bricks and mortar shop in the West End of Glasgow.
