GHILS is a Global Hub of competences. We are Luxembourg Insurance Brokers born under a new concept of "Insurance Family Office". During the years we have acquired major expertise in CrossBorder Wealth Insurance, Corporate and Wealth Structuring services requested by our Clients and Partners. These skills translate themselves in three business lines such as Insurance, Loan and Securitization. Our experience in the financial and insurance sectors, makes us the ideal bridge between these two fields. We dialogue, interprete and answer the more sophisticated needs of Corporate and Individual Clients across Europe. We operate either directly for Clients or as outsourcers for our Partners who benefit from our Product Development services and Brokerage Services. We act under the supervision of the Commissariat aux Assurances (Lic. Nr. « 2016CM004 »). In addition to Insurance, we provide Lombard-Credits, Equity Release and Wealth Structuring services through Securitization. Our Partners are Banks, Family Offices, Asset Managers or Insurance Brokers. All of them make the most of our specialties including, among others, International Healthcare, Employee Benefits, D&O, M&A, Real Estate Securitization & Private Life Insurance.
