Ghillian Sullivan Information

In this, the 10th year of my Summer Schools, we will be specialising in ensembles from Cosi Fan Tutte and The Marriage of Figaro by Mozart in English for ease of comprehension. Other ensembles will come from composers such as Puccini, Verdi, operetta and Gilbert and Sullivan depending upon the voice-types enrolled. Conductor Dr Ian Cook will be at all sessions, and our 2 pianist-coaches and Guest Director Wendy James (Wesley College Sydney) will keep both rehearsal rooms working at all times. Our Workshops are intensive but supportive and fun. Your music will be sent you by email immediately after the cut-off date for payments and is to be known by heart on the first day ready for music rehearsal. Please Note: No music will be sent until you are fully enrolled. You You will grow in confidence, stage skill and your own powers of interpretation. You will also expand your network of friends and colleagues. We welcome family and friends to the final concert on Friday night. The venue is at Drummoyne Presbyterian Church Cr of College St and Lyons Rd Drummoyne. It is close to shops, cafes, bus services and free street parking. Sessions will be approximately 10-1 and 2-5.
