GHI are a principal interiors contractor specialising in the fit-out and refurbishment of property throughout the UK. We operate in all market segments, including corporate business, leisure and retail, 40% of our work is in public sectors for local authorities, government agencies and educational authorities. Based in Bellshill, we work throughout the UK providing a complete turnkey operation including full building services, with the option for Design and Build. We have the capability to undertake works ranging from a light touch refurbishment to large scale multi-phase projects, including space planning, partitions, joinery, M&E building services and data cabling, as well as ceilings, flooring, decoration, furniture and move management. GHI are experienced in working within live environments, minimising disruption to a client’s operations and addressing the required health and safety, site segregation, access and egress routes to deliver a project to the highest standards. We provide the optimum level of quality, benchmarked on a continuous basis, with an ethos of transparency, integrity and constant communication. We work closely with our clients and their project teams to ensure project satisfaction, and delivery on time and to budget, using our exacting standards.
