GetMeParked is a cloud-based scheduling manager focused on keeping parking garages efficient and customers happy. Users schedule appointments through the website, meaning garage attendants don't have to worry about answering the phone or checking voicemails. The Garage Dashboard maintains a real-time, color-coded list of scheduled pickups, organized chronologically on a large touch-screen monitor. Users & attendants can also schedule appointments directly from the touch-screen dashboard right in the garage. The platform also supports automatic email and text-message notifications, point-and-click damage-tracking, required acknowledgement of new appointments, internal location-tracking and authorization of "guest" drivers. All "transactions" are time-stamped and managers can track their garages' activity to follow trends and manage inventory to maintain peak productivity and efficiency.
