So what is Get Involved? Our aim is to be the largest centralized platform for ALL Not For Profits (NFP’s) by supplying not only a social networking platform but also the ability to raise money for your NFP. Think about if you were to take the functions of Facebook and Gumtree and be solely dedicated to the NFP sector. Launched in 2013 Get Involved was created to make it easy for all people to… get involved. If that’s for a charity, their local sporting group, local church or any Not For Profits they want. Having the aim of breaking down the barriers to donating and doing some good in the world, all our features are focused around making it easier and more beneficial for everyone, businesses, working professionals, people not sure what they want to get into but want to help in some way… we target all good will. Get Involved does this in a number of ways; • Take away the uncertainty of where your money is going • Give you options so you can give when you want, what you want • Create an online community so that you can see what others are doing to help and they can see you.
