Mary graduated from Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine with post-graduate training at Michigan State affiliated Spectrum Health system. She has practiced medicine for twenty years, and focused on lifestyle medicine and nutrition for the past 8 years. She has lectured extensively and worked with leaders in the nutrition community. Her daughter and the co-author of her first book is Chelsea Clinton, who is training in OB/GYN in NYC. Get Waisted provides weekly meetings and inspiring community, both in person and online.
