About GetSavvy GetSavvy is an AI-powered negotiation preparation tool, built for senior managers and leaders who want to walk into high-stakes conversations better prepared. The problem we're solving Negotiation is one of the most consequential skills in business — and one of the most underprepared for. Most people either wing it, or rely on instinct built up over years of experience. The managers and leaders who prepare well tend to achieve better outcomes, preserve better relationships, and leave less value on the table. But meaningful preparation has historically required either deep personal expertise or access to professional coaching - neither of which is available on a Tuesday afternoon before a Wednesday morning meeting. The approach GetSavvy draws on frameworks from some of the most rigorous thinkers in the field of negotiation - combining the tactical empathy and calibrated questioning of Chris Voss, the pie framework of Barry Nalebuff, the positions-vs-interests distinction of Roger Fisher and William Ury, and the emotional intelligence principles of Derek Gaunt - into a structured, AI-guided four-step preparation process. The underlying thesis is straightforward: negotiation is not about winning. It is about identifying and fairly dividing the value that only exists if both parties reach agreement. Win–Win is not a compromise. It is the optimal outcome. Where we are GetSavvy NegotiationAI is a working prototype, currently in testing with a small group of early users. The product is being developed iteratively, with real user feedback shaping each iteration. We are not yet publicly available — but we are registering interest from people who want early access.
