Gestimed is a company specialized in banking outsourcing. Our company is formed by a team of lawyers, economists, tax consultants and land technicians specialized in each field and distributed through several regional branch offices that provide a direct service troughout Spain. Throughout our 20 years experience, Gestimed has witnessed several economic cycles. Our foundation in 1993 was due to the need that banks had to arrange their mortgage business after the time of shedding and cold rocks that occured in the 90s. Our growth in structure and service quality from 2000 was due to an extraordinary increase in the mortgage business and the new needs of the financial institutions. Today, with the new economic and financial recession, in addition to the traditional mortgage management services, the banking intitutions are demanding new services in the field of asset management and collections.
