The Shopping Center Médiacité managed by Gesmall, offers one of the best shopping experiences. Our clients can benefit from the same know-how which made the Award Winning Shopping Center Médiacité (ICSC Best of the Best honoree, Las Vegas, May 2012) by far, the 4th largest Shopping Center in Belgium. We focus on maintaining a “Best in Class Sustainable Growth” by improving our performance target on a day-to-day basis and by taking a proactive approach to ensure operational success to increase asset value. We strongly collaborate with our sister company, Gespark, that manages Shopping Center Car Parks.
