At Germinal Knowledge, our primary professional interest is mediation in the workplace. We mediate conflicts and, in addition, we provide training to the non professional in how to manage and resolve conflict, both at work and elsewhere. In the past 13 years we have build a network of consultants and trainers that gives us the depth and breadth to handle the toughest missions. We have had clients from several sectors, among others: petroleum, pharmaceuticals, insurance, government, bio-technology, universities, churches, etc. The CEO of Germinal Knowledge is David Tudor (http://www.david-tudor.com. David has been a mediator and trainer/teacher since 1973 and has taught, in addition to mediation, interpersonal communication, negotiation, leadership and teambuilding, strategic management, organizational development, research methods, public health and epidemiology. He has also completed several consulting missions to higher education. Currently, David is the Chief Mediator of the Mediation Training Institute (MTI - http://www.mediation-training-institute.com. Germinal Knowledge is the owner of the Mediation Training Institute in the French and German languages. David has also trained over 200 independent consultants, coaches and trainers. Germinal Knowledge is a registered institute of continuing education in France and also offers a proprietary certificate for conflict coaching. David is qualified in the Conflict Dynamics Profile, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, 16PF, DISC / DISG, Firo-B and in the International Profiler (a cross-cultural assessment of personal attitudes). His education includes: PhD Mathematics, MBA Management, MA German, MS Mathematics; an Advanced University Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Diplomas in Psychology, Counselling, Trauma Therapy, Borderline Personality Disorder and Interpersonal Therapy. He is a lifetime member of the Fulbright Association a member of the American Psychological Association and the Psychometric Society.
