Gerlanda's was established in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1979. Partners Drew Militano, Anthony Militano and Kevin Welsh named the restaurant after the Militanos' grandmother Gerlanda (pictured right). The partners and their dedicated staff have been serving this Central New Jersey community, Rutgers University faculty and students, and many large corporate institutions from its inception. We offer high quality, quick service dining in the Busch Student Center at Rutgers University. Gerlanda's has also been providing affordable catering services to New Jersey's largest companies and healthcare institutions.
