Clients have included homeowners, developers (residential and commercial), engineers, architects, public agencies, attorneys, realtors, and insurance agents. Whether working on a large public works project or a small residential property, André strives to complete work of the highest quality while maintaining exceptional client service. André possesses a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Washington and is a licensed professional engineer in Oregon, Washington, and California. Geotechnics is an Oregon-certified Emerging Small Business (ESB).
