Geosam Capital is a private investment firm, focused on real-estate development and fostering sustainable community growth. Established 10 years ago, we are a family-owned company that creates long-term value, concentrating primarily on investments across the southeastern United States, with offices in our core markets: Florida, Georgia, Texas and North Carolina. Our current body of work includes master-planned subdivisions, residential, commercial, and mixed-use development (horizontal & vertical), single-family rentals (SFR), build-to-rent (BTR), property management, conversion (adaptive reuse), and more. Since inception, we have developed over 10,000 residential lots and have over $1 billion worth of projects completed or under development. We look for every opportunity to strengthen our portfolio while bringing people together to build more inspiring, sustainable communities. Through careful planning and high-quality development, we aim to improve the welfare of residents, business-owners, and other stakeholders in our communities. We champion neighborhood initiatives that enhance quality of life and support local charities and non-profit organizations. In select markets, we offer programs to promote homeownership via down payment assistance, among other initiatives. At Geosam, we take our role in the environment to heart. We are mindful of the environmental impact of our business and strive to measure and mitigate those impacts as best we can to find a balance between economic growth and environmental impact. We take a sustainable, environmentally-focused approach to each project recognizing the responsibility and the opportunity to influence the way communities are built, sourced, managed and settled.
