GEOLSemantics is a startup company settled in Paris, who benefits from the experience of more than 150 men years in the world of linguistics and semantics. Financed by its founders and private investors, GEOLSemantics was launched in January 2009 by experts of security and linguistic domains. Founders have created a software solution capable to answer with a unique manner to the Web 3.0 revolution: The semantic profiling. The semantic profiling automatically extracts knowledge information from a set of un-structured texts. The extracted information is dated and localized, it describes a set of concepts, relationships and events involving Named Entities. GEOSemantics has chosen an approach based on a deep syntactic analysis of texts. This approach allows a precise semantic processing of content in a multilingual and cross-lingual environment. The technological base is structured by homogeneous software architecture. The kernel is a weighted finite state automata engine. Linguistic and semantic resources provided as standard with the software can be enriched with the vocabulary and knowledge of specific business area.
