GenUnion Information

GenUnion was a career development mentorship program that brought students from many walks of life together on its virtual mentorship platform. Our mission was to build an environment in which mentors and students could come together to evaluate goals and cultivate success. Our mentorship program provided students with the opportunity to be a part of a supportive community–one that helped students who had a strong interest in pursuing a career in business to obtain a Summer Internship or Full-Time job on Wall Street. In doing so, we gave mentees the opportunity to pursue careers on Wall Street and give back to a growing community of mentorship. Over the course of 4 years, navigating the complexities of hiring and training during the pandemic, we were able to help over 500 member pursue careers on Wall Street.
