GenTech Lab helps robotics and world-model teams turn scarce real-world traces into usable training, validation, and deployment signal — without drifting out of reality. We work with physical AI teams on three pilot formats: • Real-Data Amplification — expand coverage around the data you already trust, and reject anything that breaks geometry, contact, or timing. • Deployment Validation — turn one workflow or known failure mode into validation scenarios and go / no-go criteria before rollout. • Retuning Intelligence — make SKU, fixture, lighting, and process changes reusable adaptation signal instead of one-off engineering.
