Genius Spectrum Information

We are a humanistic organization with strong values of inclusion, respect, equal opportunities, and the pursuit of happiness. We work every day to promote and create income-generating opportunities for neurodiverse individuals, primarily those on the autism spectrum, who, through the best utilization of their exceptional skills, can lead a dignified and independent life. On the other hand, our daily efforts is creating an exceptional talent pool of unique candidates for those organizations thriving to execute alternative talent attraction and retention strategies, bringing a diverse, loyal and powerful workforce to the organization’s most valuable foundations, their people.
