Since 1991, Genitest performs tests and analyses for major deciders of the aerospace/defense industry and their suppliers (some of our customers: Pratt & Whitney Canada, Messier-Bugatti-Dowty, Heroux-Devtek, Rolls-Royce Canada, DND - National Defence, Bombardier Aerospace, L-3 Communications MAS, GE Aviation, Lockheed Martin, Airbus Group - Aerolia, Vector Aerospace). We also work with the major deciders to support their research works and to perform advanced expertise’s such as failure analysis on innovative titanium alloys using a state of the art scanning electron microscope SEM coupled with EDX-Ray microprobe capability. We evaluate engine turbine blades to ensure that they are suitable for service. We qualify numerous processes to various specifications such as weld operators, thermal spray deposition, solutions used for anodization, cleaning, etching, plating, etc. Finally Genitest offers voluntary high discount rate based on the number of orders received per year.
