Genieverse is an enterprise software platform for travel companies that automates operational workflows across GDS, NDC and supplier systems. We provide AI-driven mid-office and servicing automation used by TMCs, DMCs, tour operators and corporate travel teams to manage bookings, pricing, ticketing changes and supplier contracts. Our core product, GDS Genie, allows agents to create and manage PNRs, process refunds and reissues, apply fare rules and execute policy logic across Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport using natural language instead of manual commands. The platform connects to supplier APIs and internal systems to automate quotation building, contract ingestion, booking management and customer servicing. This reduces training time, lowers operational errors and improves agent productivity.
