Our official vision is to help medical professionals deliver better health outcomes. How do we do that? By tackling the complexity of running a successful practice head on to drive real efficiency, both in practices and across the medical system. We're here to set the standard and lead the market. We are focussed on setting the standard and to be at the forefront of innovation in practice management software. We offer the industry two products, Genie and Gentu. Genie has grown to be Australia’s most popular desktop product; whilst Gentu offers our customers the mobility and freedom of cloud software. Genie Solutions has been providing practice management solutions to the Australian medical industry for over 20 years. Dr Paul Carr, a General Practitioner and Anaesthetist, founded the company in 1995 on two important principles – deliver a quality product and provide customers with a first-class support team. Dr Carr knew first hand that as a doctor, time is precious and having a support team readily available to assist was crucial. These principles are as important today as they were more than 20 years’ ago. It’s now time for our next evolution. In May 2023, we became a Magentus company, and part of a global brand encompassing health tech solutions across pathology, radiology, oncology, maternity, and our area, practice management.
