Genesis Collaborative provides comprehensive land development services, enabling its clients to benefit from experienced leadership while minimizing overhead costs. Specializing in residential development, Genesis will collaborate with its clients and other professionals to assemble the appropriate skill sets and generate specific solutions for each unique project requirement. Genesis will facilitate identification of acquisition opportunities (including raw land and partially developed or finished lots) and provide due diligence, project feasibility, and support through closing. Genesis will serve its clients through a portion or all phases of development, from concept planning through final disposition. These services may be performed on a fee basis or as a joint venture.
