Generplus S.p.A. is a New Company capitalized by a Shareholders Group in 2007, to implement the activities of EIS snc, an Italian Company, ESCO (energy service company) validated. Based on the personal experience and vision of four skilled engineers, Eis was born in 2005 and, after two years, is presently a reference point for the innovative design in renewable energies field particularly for photovoltaic power plants. EIS has been managing many installations in small and large scale, both for small entrepreneurs and on behalf of big Industrial Companies like Enerpoint, Fedimpianti, Riello, installing in two year, more than 500 kW in different areas, all over Italy. In order to follow a very attractive market (the forecast is supposed to be +30% in 2008 on 2007), Generplus S.p.A. is now working on a internal re-organization to be more effective in managing its portfolio. The Company is also changing its market approach strategies to be more aggressive especially in the negotiation phase including, in force of pre agreements with financial institutions, the most satisfactory economic solutions for the final Customer.
