The Synced Solution reflects ALS’ two decades of learning and impact on school reform and includes detailed scope and sequence tools, measurable daily learning objectives, progress monitoring for mastery, writing prompts and performance tasks that can be customized to the districts needs and available resources. ALS brings a clear-eyed vision of reform that is practical, comprehensive, coherent and sustainable – resulting in measurable student achievement solutions at every level of the school system. Innovate Technology and Robotics Academy (Innovate) was founded in 2008 and it all started with a robotics club for students in a school in NSW. Since then, Innovate has grown and expanded its STEM programs to many local and international students from Melbourne, Victoria, Brisbane, Sydney, NSW, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Northern Territory, Indonesia, Singapore, China, Florida (USA), Boulder, Colorado (USA), Mauritius among others. Innovate (Innovate Tech Camps) has a proven track record of 27 tech camps which continue to receive and coach both local and international students during the Melbourne school holidays. Innovate continues to develop programs for kids and teens to spark their interests in STEM programs such as robotics, coding, augmented reality, aerial robotics, robot arms, 3D printing, artifical intelligence, junior engineering, science and more. Through the years, many students have participated in various local, interstate and international robotics competitions and have continued to do well because they have remained true to their values which they have upheld in the toughest of times. Though STEM programs are important, Innovate continues to motivate students to develop their core values and soft skills through the STEM subjects they study every week.
