Generation Kenya Information

Generation Kenya was started in 2015 with a mission of transforming education to employment systems to prepare, place and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. Our key programs are Digital Customer Service, Financial Sales Services, Distributed Sales, Sewing Machine Operator, Food & Beverage, Retail and Restaurant. Generation Kenya has attained 89% job placement of graduates employed within 90 days of program completion while it prides itself for having achieved a high retention rate of 82%; graduates remain the same job six months after placement. To date, we have trained and graduated more than 20,000 learners while working and partnering with over 250 employers, TVETS and many implementation partners and funders.
