Generating Better is a consultancy that specialises in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for renewable energy projects. We have un-rivalled operational experience with offshore renewable energy assets as all our staff and Associates have held front-line O&M Management roles for major utilities. With particular expertise in offshore wind and offshore transmission operation we are focused on delivering value for owners, suppliers and key stakeholders in the industry and we have a good understanding of this environment and approaches that work, as well as the potential barriers that need to be overcome in order to deliver real value to real assets and their supply chains. We deliver asset management solutions (including ISO55000 implementation support), undertake strategic projects and carry out performance improvement activities in support of our client base. We have direct experience in the handover of new assets and the OFTO asset transfer process and in warranty management and asset risk management. The promotion and delivery of Health & Safety excellence is embedded in everything we do and we hold formal H&S management qualifications which complement our operational and asset management experience.
