Son siège est en Guadeloupe. Ses activités concernent principalement les 3 régions françaises d’Amérique (Guadeloupe, Guyane et Martinique) et au-delà tout l’outremer français et les pays des régions tropicales humides. 2 axes thématiques accompagnent le développement régional pour garantir la sécurité alimentaire et environnementale : 1- Transition agroécologique et bioéconomie en milieu tropical 2- Ecologie intégrée et valorisation des écosystèmes forestiers tropicaux (Guyane)
