Welcome to GEME’s official LinkedIn page. 🌱 GEME builds continuous aerobic bio-composting systems that help turn food waste into a useful soil resource, without simply drying and grinding it into smaller waste. Kobold™ living microbes perform the biological decomposition, while GEMEBrain™ helps manage heat, airflow, moisture-related conditions, and mixing. The result is a moist, biologically active Compost Base designed for responsible soil integration, not dried food flakes. Our current systems include: 🌿 GEME Terra 2 A compact, floor-standing bio-composter designed primarily for 1–3 person households. Its 14 L continuous microbial chamber processes up to approximately 2 kg of suitable food waste per day. 🍃 GEME Pro A higher-capacity 19 L system for larger households, small offices, and heavier daily use, with processing capacity of up to approximately 5 kg per day. Both systems support continuous feeding, use permanent odor-treatment technology with no routine replacement odor filters, and are designed to make food-waste processing part of everyday life. Beyond the home, GEME is also developing and deploying commercial-scale biological organic-waste solutions for hospitality, food service, offices, institutions, and other organizations that need higher-throughput on-site treatment. Rooted in Brussels and built with a global perspective, GEME is working to make biological food-waste treatment more practical, transparent, and scalable. Food scraps should not become smaller trash.
