Gem Homes was first established in 1984 by Carl and Annette. It is a family run business with all 4 of their children working in the company. We have a loyal team of sub contractors, some who have been working for Gem Homes for over 10 years. Over the past 27 years Gem Homes has built more than 1500 homes all around Victoria, from Portsea to Torquay , from Wonthaggi to Lakes Entrance. Currently located in Mornington, we construct dwellings throughout the Mornington Peninsula, South East suburbs and regional towns in the South Gippsland area. We build a range of residential dwellings, from single storey to double storey houses, multi unit developments and town houses. You can select from one of our designs, bring in your own or we can design a plan from scratch to suite your site and lifestyle.
