GELRAD is a global consulting company specialising in problem solving and business transformation, using Lean Six Sigma, Change Acceleration, and DFSS. We have more than 50 multinational and multilingual senior consultants that coach, mentor, and train leaders and Continuous Improvement (CI) teams worldwide. We work with companies of any size, both private and public to deliver value and transform their businesses. Our founders trained and coached members of Jack Welch's GE leadership team, and implemented Six Sigma in HR and IT at GE. GELRAD was formed in the year 2000, bringing together highly-skilled, certified Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Lean Experts and Change Management Professionals with practical Lean Six Sigma implementation experience. GELRAD has offices in London, Singapore, New York, and is headquartered in Florida, USA.
