When Gelato Gourmet started operation the goal was to produce artisanal frozen dessert every day, so customers will always receive a fresh, creamy and delicious treat. The philosophy was simple; to produce gelato and sell it in the same day, so it would not need any artificial ingredients or preservatives. The best way to do it was to make small batches, and sell them in farmers markets or events. After few months, Gelato Gourmet was in more than eight Farmers Markets in Miami-Dade and Broward County. Today we have more than five years of experience in the frozen dessert industry, we are happy to produce and sell our gelato and sorbets in less than 48 hours so it always fresh, made with real fruits, organic milk, and premium ingredients. Gelato Gourmet retail store has an open window so you can see Haydee and Carlos producing gelato and other desserts.
