Gebhardt Development is a real estate investment and development company. Our most recent projects are The Constellation, a 220-unit ultra-modern, high rise in Madison's Capitol East Corridor. Currently in the works is a larger and more sustainably designed , the Galaxie. The Galaxie is 170,000 square feet of commercial space on the first three floors, topped by 200 residential units offering both rental and ownership opportunities with a focus on energy efficiency. The Galaxie is currently planning a December 2015 opening beginning with Festival Foods, a full-service Wisconsin family owned grocery store. Gebhardt Development is a Madison based, family owned business, founded by Otto Gebhardt III in 1995. City officials have recognized and awarded Otto's effort to create future forward projects that bridge neighborhoods and generations by providing a wide variety of housing and commercial spaces throughout Dane County for the last 25 years.
