GearLocker Information

GearLocker is inventory and equipment management software built specifically for athletics organizations including youth sports, high schools, and colleges. Athletic directors and coaches juggle hundreds of athletes, multiple sports, and thousands of dollars in gear - with no centralized system. Spreadsheets break. Coaches leave. Gear disappears. Budgets get wasted. GearLocker changes that. We give administrators and coaches a simple, mobile-friendly platform to: Track gear by athlete, sport, and season Check items in and out seamlessly Flag missing or damaged gear Manage team inventory in real time Make smarter purchase decisions We’re not retrofitting corporate asset tools—we’re building for the fieldhouse, the locker room, and the realities of high school sports.
