Gdansk Convention Bureau Information

The Gdansk Convention Bureau is responsible for the development and promotion of business tourism in Gdansk and the region. We have been active since 2002, operating as part of the Gdansk Tourism Organisation. We have received an official recommendation from the Poland Convention Bureau and have more than 150 members. The Bureau is a member of international organisations such as the ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association), Cruise Baltic and ECM (European Cities Marketing). Our team is made up of specialists with more than 10 years of experience organising large-scale events and conferences. This experience is what helped us develop the Gdansk Conference System – a state-of-the-art platform for organising conferences and congresses in Gdansk.
