GCon was founded barely 20 years ago as a consulting company for ship hull coatings. It sounds technical, and this is what it is. We are talking about high-tech, know-how, fractions of a millimeter and especially accuracy. At the same time, today's CEO Tom Grucza was making a name for himself in the sector as a prudent consultant, an independent expert and fair conciliator. So tasks became more and more. Milestone: the refit of Lady Moura, with 105 meters of length the world's largest megayacht by the time of its handover.
