GBR Consulting specialises in hospitality and tourism advisory and market intelligence. Active since 1998, GBR advises investors, hotel companies, public institutions and industry associations on hotel investment, underwriting, feasibility, business planning, strategy, repositioning, operator and brand selection, market research and tourism development. A key element of GBR's advisory work is the market intelligence underpinning it. GBR has collected monthly hotel performance data in Greece since 2003 and maintains extensive databases covering hotel supply, chains and brands, transactions, publicly available financial information, historic hotel operating data, development activity and tourism demand. The GBR Hotel Benchmark Platform today covers approximately 40,000 city and resort rooms and around €2 billion in annual net revenue, supporting investment, feasibility and strategic advisory assignments, with individual participant data remaining strictly confidential. GBR Consulting is owned by Atria. It is also a member of SETE, the Greek Tourism Confederation.
