GatherGov began as a quant firm in 2024. Today, we are obsessed with real estate supply forecasting. Our DNA hasn’t changed: we've always believed that better data, analyzed deeply, can uncover unique signals. Our mission is to gather every digital asset produced by local governments - permits, planning meetings, agendas, local codes, and more - and build a first of its kind real estate ontology.
