Gateway Housing First (GHF) develops properties into affordable communities for hard to house individuals and families while also providing housing placement services, emergency assistance and limited case management to households needing Permanent Supportive Housing. We do this through aggressively pursuing housing development opportunities to create new, affordable housing while partnering with local service providers to provide necessary clinical and treatment services. Guided by the values and outcomes achieved by Housing First and Harm Reduction programs, GHF’s immediate focus is on increasing housing stock for the hardest to house, eliminating “housing readiness” barriers and increasing long-term housing success.
