Our revolutionary homes also offer great flexibility to add more modules as required, giving additional space at a time that suits your needs and budget. Our designs offer a practical use of space and we can work with you to customise our designs to suit your requirements, or design a home from scratch. When designing our homes, our focus has been on incorporating and producing an environmentally sustainable, energy responsible product. Great attention has been given to passive solar design, and with the incorporation of our patented breathable wall system, our homes are perfect for the tropical Queensland climate, and are designed to maximise the liveability and comfort of your home. Our quality built homes can be transported almost anywhere in Australia, with homes already delivered to Rockhampton, Blackwater, Springsure, Grantham, Agnes Water and Macleay Island. Our homes are built FAST as they are constructed in our factory, avoiding delays such as inclement weather. Gateway Constructions SEQ, based at Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, also construct and renovate commercial buildings with our most notable projects including the construction of two 90 place childcare centres ‘Kindy Garden’ at McDowall and Ferny Hills. Also the construction of the Discovery Christian College which opened in early 2015.
