Gates Solutions is one of the pioneers of Talent Sourcing in Europe. Behind Gates Solutions, there is Guillaume Alexandre, expert in Talent Sourcing / Talent Acquisition. As a Talent Sourcer, I help my client fix recruitment. - Sourcing mission: I work hand in hand with internal recruiters and managers by doing Talent Sourcing. I identify, contact and engage with amazingly skilled people to know if they could be tempted by new ventures. I like to say that I find the ingredients and let the recruiters do the cooking, ie evaluate and hire. - Talent Sourcing Strategy: I help companies set up an agile, tailor-made sourcing function that will work hand in hand with Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiters in order to attract the right talent to the company. I train the Sourcers and help internal recruitment teams in getting better at Talent Attraction / embedding Employer Branding and Sourcing, defining a methodology, ways of working etc - Keynote Speaker: I travel and give conferences about Talent Sourcing including Sourcecon Europe (Budapest June 18/ Amsterdam May 19), Sourcing Summit Deutschland (Munich April 18), Sourcing Summit Europe (Amsterdam Oct 18), I also co-organize for several years now #truGeneva (May 23rd 2019) and #truParis (April 16th 2019) etc etc. - I like competing in Talent Sourcing competitions too: Second at the 2019 Sourcecon GrandMaster, 2nd 2017 Sourcecon Grand Master Challenge 2017, World's Greatest Sourcer (6th 2015, 5th 2016) and have all the "stamps" required like Social Talent Black Belt Ninja, Linkedin Certified recruiter and so on.
