Located in the North Carolina foothills, Gardner-Webb University is a private, Christian, liberal arts university that prepares students to become critical thinkers, leaders and servants in the global community. Originally founded in 1905 as Boiling Springs High School, Gardner-Webb has steadily grown its academic programs, student body, physical campus, and community relationships to become a nationally-recognized leader in Christian higher education. Gardner-Webb University’s publications, including, but not limited to, its policies, procedures, website, guidelines, communications, and social media posts, do not constitute a contract between the University and any person or entity.
