Gardner Property Solutions Information

We draw on more than four decades of experience at the cutting edge of property investment, development and marketing in South Africa’s premier cities, with a particular focus on Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. Our people and the professionals we work with have helped create many iconic and award-winning developments and refurbishments to deliver sound returns for investors; these range from listed companies and financial institutions to major pension funds and welfare organisations. We are driven by a passion for property – a passion that is distinguished by a reputation developed over the years as imaginative rainmakers with vast experience in all aspects of real estate and its component sectors. We have built and maintain enduring relationships with key decision-makers by inspiring enthusiasm and confidence through integrity and loyalty. Our approach has earned us many rewarding mandates, the latest involving Cape Town’s tallest building, Portside, a sectional title development owned by the First Rand Group and Old Mutual. At 142m high the 32-floor office tower is the first in South Africa to be awarded a five-star design rating under the Green Building Council of South Africa’s green star rating system. We have been intimately involved in this project since it was first conceived and have now been entrusted by Old Mutual to market the office space in their section. Just as it is for the owners, Portside is a flagship for us – a standard bearer of what we offer ... what we call the GPS advantage.
