GARDEC is one of the largest shipyards along the Belgian coast with its drydock and 3 sites. With a permanent team of ship repairers with experience and drive, we solve technical problems and urgent damages on board ships every day. Gardec excels in diversity, we offer all services and solutions that our customers shipowners, shipping agents, port companies,... and this in the shortest possible time. We realize that a ship must be economically profitable. From this vision we are ready, 24 hours a day. Besides service and repair, GARDEC also realizes complete new construction projects. Ranging from heavy metal construction, new construction of engine rooms, new surface vessels, finishing of ships to industrial and offshore constructions ... The entire project process takes place in-house. From design on the drawing board to execution in our well-equipped modern workshops for ship engine repair, machining and welding steel, alu, cunifer,,.. The expertise in winches and steering gear is concentrated within our subsidiary, Brusselle Carral Marine. Because of Gardec's direct location along the quay in the port of Zeebrugge, the transport possibilities for large workpieces to the sea and the hinterland are extremely simple. Our offshore welders and fitters come for the (de)installation of steel structures, mechanical systems, piping.. Teams with certifications and experience go worldwide. Our telescopic cranes are available for rental too, with rigger, truck and trailer.
