As Sur Yapi, we not only produce projects such as housing, offices, marinas, shopping malls and industrial facilities, but also construct mixed projects that involve many or all of these projects. Since the day we were established, we have realized projects exceeding 7 million square meters. • We realized housing projects in Istanbul and Bursa such as Greenium Villalari, Villa Sera, Selvice Evler, Dora Park, Mahalle Istanbul, Adapark, Metrogarden, Exen İstanbul, Corridor Rezidans, Tilia, Idilia, Vitrin, Marka Rezidans, Ilkbahar, Ilkbahar 2, Mirage Rezidans, Golbahce Evleri, Lavender, Sehir Konakları, Bahceyaka, Tempo City, Topkapi Evleri, YeşilMavi, Excellence Kosuyolu. • At the same time, we have designed and constructed headquarters of national and international big companies such as 3M, Novartis, Total, Opet, Sony, Bosch-Siemens, Nobel Ilac, Casper, Aviva, Isvicre Hayat Sigorta. • We have increased our achievements by signing a large number of A plus office and shopping center investments. • We have built MALL projects with the desire to expand our business area and add new knowledge to our experience. • We have put Axis Kagithane MALL into service in Istanbul in June 2013, Istanbul Umraniye Metrogarden MALL in September 2014, Axis Istanbul MALL in May 2015 and at last Sur Yapi Marka MALL in Nilufer district of Bursa. • As a result of our energy investments that we started as of 2007, we are also continuing our renewable energy investments with 4 hydroelectric power plants and 2 wind power plants. • We have started the biggest and example urban transformation project in Antalya in the last months of 2017. We are continuing the works of a new city with a land area of 1.3 million square meters where approximately 70 thousand people will live and 19 thousand independent sections will be located.

1981 yılında ilk şirketi olan Akdeniz İnşaat ile faaliyetlerine başlayan Ağaoğlu Şirketler Grubu; inşaat-gayrimenkul, enerji ve turizm sektörlerinde faaliyet göstermektedir. Yine aynı hedef kitlenin iş yeri ve ofis ihtiyaçlarını da düşünerek, konutun yanı sıra nitelikli ofis ihtiyacına yönelik projeler de geliştiren Ağaoğlu Şirketler Grubu, My Office ve My Prestige projelerini geleceğin finans merkezi olarak adlandırılan Ataşehir'de çok kısa sürede hayata geçirmiştir. 5 yıldızlı hizmet anlayışını iş hayatına taşıyan bir diğer ofis projesi My Office 212’nin hemen önünde yer alan metro ile şehrin önemli noktalarına kolay ulaşım imkanı sağlanmaktadır.
