Gap Wireless also provides value-added technical/engineering services. Gap Wireless was acquired by Network Wireless Solutions, LLC (“NWS”) in early 2022. NWS is a rapidly growing solutions and logistics provider to carriers and telecommunications contractors in North America. NWS is also a portfolio company of Grain Management, LLC (“Grain”), a leading Washington, D.C.-based investment firm focused on the global communications sector and also has acquired JF Tech Inc. Gap Wireless' headquarters is in Mississauga, Ontario, where the company occupies 15,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. Other Canadian locations include Calgary, Ottawa and Montreal. The 8,000-square-foot warehouse in Calgary was the most recent location to open, serving customers in Western Canada. The company also has U.S. warehouse in Buffalo and locations in San Jose, Los Angeles, Rochester, Miami, Boston and Dallas.
