We call the system "industrial meccano" and it is a direct replacement for welded steel frame work. If you can build it in steel then it can usually be built with aluminium profile in less than half the time and it is also guaranteed to be straight and perpendicular . By removing the requirement to weld you also remove the requirement to prepare and paint and furthermore there is no warping or distortion not to mention no hot metal work requirements on-site! GAP Engineering can supply aluminium profile and accessories directly (including cutting / drilling / tapping to your sizes), or we can undertake the complete assembly of frames and systems to your design requirements.
