Ignite Robotics, FIRST Robotics Team 6829, was founded in the summer of 2017 to meet the needs of high school students in the community who do not attend a school with a robotics program. Our membership is comprised of students from public, private, and home schools. Our team fosters a supportive and family-like environment for students of all experience levels, skill sets, and backgrounds-we are open to all students and mentors without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or learning differences.

InnovateTech Ventures is a venture creation firm. We build high-potential startups primarily based on patented technology developed at universities. In selected cases we provide consulting and management services to established tech companies seeking a path to exit. Universities’ innovations hold untapped startup potential, but most universities don’t have access to a network that can bring together a business model, seed funding and an experienced management team. InnovateTech provides that access, transforming disruptive university innovations into high-potential startups. We also publish Startup.Directory, an online database of more than 2,500 vetted high-tech startups from 300+ research institutions. Investors, entrepreneurs, corporate executives and university tech transfer professionals use Startup.Directory to identify investment and acquisition targets, and for competitive and industry monitoring.
